    You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, actions, implementation, and results. By booking a session, you agree that you assume full responsibility for how you interpret and apply any information discussed.

    Lift Hair Academy, Beauty by Ashley Pulido, Ashley Alexis Pulido, and any affiliated entities or representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, business interruption, lost profits, or outcomes related to the application or misapplication of session discussions.

    Professional Judgment

    Always use your independent judgment when making decisions for your business and clients. Consider consulting licensed professionals where appropriate.

    • Sessions are conducted via Private Zoom. Meetings may be recorded for internal purposes only.

    • Communication and any follow-up notes or materials will be delivered via email.

    • Sessions must be scheduled and completed within two (2) months of purchase.

    • One (1) reschedule may be granted for emergencies. Additional rescheduling may result in forfeiture.

    • If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited.

    • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • 1. Nature of Private Sessions (Educational Coaching Disclosure)

    Lift & Learn Private Sessions are individualized mentorship and coaching conversations conducted via Zoom.

    Private Sessions are:

    • Educational

    • Informational

    • Mentorship-based

    • Experience-sharing discussions

    Private Sessions are NOT:

    • Legal advice

    • Tax advice

    • Financial advice

    • Mental health counseling

    • Medical advice

    • Regulatory compliance advice

    • Business guarantees

    • Income guarantees

    No professional-client advisory relationship is formed.

    All discussions reflect Ashley’s personal experiences, opinions, strategies, and industry insights.

     

    2. No Guarantees & Assumption of Risk

    Results vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to:

    • Skill level

    • Experience

    • Market conditions

    • Client demographics

    • Personal effort and implementation

    • Communication

    • Regulatory compliance

    • Business judgment

    Lift Hair Academy, Beauty by Ashley Pulido, Ashley Alexis Pulido, and any affiliated representatives make no guarantees regarding:

    • Income

    • Revenue growth

    • Client acquisition or retention

    • Business success

    • Social media growth

    • Career outcomes

    You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

    • All business decisions

    • All implementation

    • All outcomes

    • Compliance with laws and regulations

    • Client services you perform

    To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, all Private Sessions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

     

    3. Professional Conduct Requirement

    Private Sessions are conducted in a professional environment.

    By booking a session, you agree to:

    • Engage respectfully

    • Communicate professionally

    • Maintain appropriate boundaries

    Lift Hair Academy reserves the right to terminate a session immediately if behavior is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

    If a session is terminated due to conduct violations:

    • The remaining session time is forfeited

    • No refunds will be issued

     

    4. Scheduling & Expiration Policy

    • Sessions are conducted via private Zoom.

    • Sessions are typically held on Wednesday mornings (MST), unless otherwise agreed.

    • Sessions must be scheduled and completed within two (2) months of purchase.

    • One (1) reschedule may be granted for emergencies.

    • Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture.

    Unused sessions expire after two (2) months and are non-refundable.

     

    5. Payment & Refund Policy

    All Private Session purchases are final.

    No refunds will be issued for:

    • Missed sessions

    • Late cancellations

    • Failure to schedule within the expiration window

    • Dissatisfaction with advice

    • Lack of desired outcomes

    • Platform interruptions

    Private Sessions are separate services and are not included in any subscription fee.

     

    6. Recording & Confidentiality

    Private Sessions may be recorded for quality, documentation, or internal business purposes unless otherwise stated.

    By participating, you consent to recording where applicable.

    If sessions are not recorded, Lift Hair Academy reserves the right to take internal notes.

    Participants may not record, screenshot, distribute, reproduce, publish, or share any portion of the session without prior written consent.

    All discussions, materials, and strategies shared during Private Sessions are proprietary and protected under intellectual property law.

     

    7. Limitation of Liability (Private Sessions)

    To the fullest extent permitted under Colorado law:

    Lift Hair Academy, Beauty by Ashley Pulido, Ashley A. Pulido, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

    • Business losses

    • Lost profits

    • Client disputes

    • Regulatory issues

    • Misapplication of information

    • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

    Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Private Session giving rise to the claim.

     

    8. Independent Decision-Making

    Private Sessions are collaborative discussions.

    You retain full autonomy over your decisions.

    You agree that:

    • You will exercise independent judgment.

    • You will consult licensed professionals when necessary.

    • You assume full responsibility for your actions following the session.

    No fiduciary relationship is created.

     

    9. Age & Eligibility

    You must meet the eligibility requirements stated of 15 years or older, as stated in the Main Agreement.

    Private Sessions are intended for professional hairstylists or individuals seeking professional mentorship.

    Lift Hair Academy does not verify licensure and assumes no responsibility for your compliance with state or local regulations.

     

    10. Dispute Resolution

    All disputes arising from Private Sessions are subject to:

    • The Governing Law of Colorado

    • The dispute resolution provisions outlined in the Main Agreement

     

    11. Acceptance

    By purchasing a Lift & Learn Private Session, you acknowledge that you:

    • Understand this is mentorship, not professional advisory services

    • Accept full responsibility for implementation and results

    • Agree to all applicable Terms & Conditions

    • Waive claims to guaranteed outcomes
